Sudarsan Pattnaik honoured by CM

Bhubaneswar: Internationally-acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik received a warm reception from chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday, following his incredible win at the International Sand Art Festival in Weymouth, UK. Pattnaik, who became the first Indian to receive the prestigious Sand Master Award, presented his accolades to the CM.
