Every home cook has had a which has led to a and no matter how much you soak and scrub, it feels like there is nothing you can do to get it back to the way it was. Which of course isn't true, because this one quick and effective hack, revealed on food and home website , has proven that after a chaotic session, you can in fact revive that burnt pot or pan.
Now, five different methods were tested out. However, there was one that left a burnt pan looking "brand-new". This hack only took three minutes and there is a high chance that everything you need for it is already in your kitchen.
You'll want to grab some foil and baking soda to get started. The first thing to do is cover the burnt area with two to three tablespoons of and add some water to make a paste.
The next thing to do is "crumple up" some foil and begin to scrub it around until all the food bits and stained areas are clean. Finally just rinse the pan or pot with warm, soapy water and voila - you're done.
Ashley Poskin , the one who revealed the hack described it as "plain and simple".
She said: "This method worked in hardly any time with the tiniest amount of effort. Yes, you're going to 'scrub' the pan, but you don't have to use the same amount of effort you might use with a scouring pad. Just work the foil ball around in circles or back and forth - whatever works for you."

Ashley also noted that the process may need to be repeated as the baking soda "gets really dirty" making it hard to see the areas that still need some cleaning work.
However, out of all the method she tested out, this one is "by far, the best and easiest".
She added: "This method makes your pans look brand-new and is the best out of the five I tested. Meaning everyone should try this! It relies on you scrubbing with the baking soda paste and the foil, but you don't need to press hard at all - just scrub as you would with a washcloth.
"Use this method often because it leaves your stainless pots and pans looking like they just came off the assembly line."
